All the happiness that you imagine comes through your body and mind. The happiness is a sound state of the body and mind and, it is possible only when they are healthy. What is the healthy body and mind? It means your body and mind response spontaneously to the activities you need or love to have. If your body is not able to do the daily activities smoothly, it means is not fit enough for doing the work. On the other hand, when your mind remains continuingly dull, it means you are not properly fit. But you can have a healthy body and mind with a proper guide. However, to keep body and mind fit is essential to living a prosperous and happy life.

We often mistake for having no knowledge about things. So at first, we need to collect knowledge for proper use of our body and mind. Because body and mind together determine our fitness. The knowledge on health is important as it tells you how you should behave your daily routine. On the other hand, all happiness depends on your maintaining a healthy life. Whether you are fit or not is important to know, and then you should take the right step. Anyway, if your body function is sound, your mind naturally responses positively and, you feel jolly. But if you feel laziness, always sleepy, no interest at work, and indifferent about surroundings, you can guess that your body is not fit and, you are not healthy at all. In this case, you should take the advice of a physician if you have other problem or which exercises you require for your proper fitness. Sometimes we do not know the right steps that we need to be healthy, so it is wise to get the experts' advice. But it is needed to have some general knowledge about health and, you should follow those activities on a regular basis.
